Yeah, so its finally up. Sorry for the delay people; was caught up with other stuff i pretty much forgotten about uploading it here. Same comments as for the AD students, none failed, all passed, and in comparison with other classes; its seems that this blog thing is working rather nicely in helping you all actually do some research and homework (and also paper-saving and without printing hassle). AD81-1, here are your results.

there are 3 sheets within the excel document. first sheet is the scores for your animation, second will be your silkscreen & third will be your batik.

marks breakdown would be as follows:

research folder for Silkscreen: 10%

Silkscreen Project: 25%

Animation: 30%

Batik project: 15%

Class Assignments: 20% (your batik research and opposition project included)

and to keep the suspense; you will not know your opposition marks, so you will have something to fantasize about during your holidays. hehe. Good news is, nobody failed. Bad news is; the reason for the delay is because I was unsatisfied with the breakdown- as majority of the projects were group-based, most of you could leverage on your friend’s strength, hence it was hard for individuals to show their independent skills. after reworking the calculations to give individual effort more credit, here’s the results:

Dear almighty creators,

I’m experiencing severe technical difficulties in keeping me intact. I understand that your best stickiest solution (which is double sided tape) didn’t quite work out because the management is totally against residual sponge bits stuck along the wall.

Hence; please redeem yourself (and me) some dignity by using string, high quality masking tape and meticulous, delicate-small-furry-creature-friendly fingers to ensure I stand the test of time.

Sneak Preview for next major project

The final batik project will be an individual project. each of you will be given the choice to use the available wooden stick, or you can source out for a piece of wood to create either a jewelery piece or a exotic bookmark that is laden with batik drawings. more details coming up during the class itself, but I reckon you should start brainstorming for ideas already.
